FUEL

Q: What type of fuel do you offer?
A: We provide JET-A, JET-A W/FSII, and 100LL (Avgas).

Q:  Do you offer fuel discounts?
A:  Yes, please contact our team members for details related to volume discounts. 

Q:  Is Apex capable of handling Military aircraft.
A:  Yes, Apex processes Government Air Card and is honored to service Military aircraft.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We take all major credit cards, Colt, Multiservice, Government Air Card, Avfuel Pro Card, Avcard

Q: Do you have a rewards program?
A: Yes, we reward AVTRIP points – ask our Customer Service Representatives for more details


FBO SERVICES

Q:  Do you offer hangar space for business jets and piston aircraft?
A:  Yes, Apex manages a variety of hangars at each location. Contact our local managers for details and availability.

Q:  Do have equipment to support a full array of aircraft services?
A:  We utilize newer equipment including fuel trucks, ground power units, lav carts, and aircraft tugs.

Q: Are Apex personnel properly trained?
A: Yes, line technicians have completed NATA Safety 1st paired with extensive training OJT training. Further, each team member has received extensive customer service training to ensure you receive the best care in the industry.

Q: What amenities are available in your terminals?
A: Apex provides a variety of amenities including conference rooms, complimentary beverages, spacious lobby and other services common at FBOs.

Q: Does Apex have a negotiated rate at any of the hotels nearby?
A: Yes, please contact our team members for assistance or click on the links below to view our preferred locations.

Q: Does Apex have a negotiated rate with rental car organizations?
A: Yes, Apex is an Enterprise preferred location.  Please contact our team members for assistance.  We can also utilize other rental car vendors.

Q: Does Apex have a crew car at our locations?
A: Yes, Apex has at least one crew car at each location, which can be utilized on a first come, first served basis. Typically crew cars are limited to 2 hours of use.


AIRPORT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Q: What daily tasks do you perform?
A: We conduct daily airport and fuel quality control inspections, mirroring the FAA's guidance and ATA 103, which are the highest standards. Our tasks also include hangar management, where we use common agreements to ensure hangars are used to their fullest capability. Additionally, we store and use digital records for easy management. For airport mowing and snow removal, locations are responsible for providing sufficient equipment.

Q: What marketing strategies do you use to enhance airport activity and awareness?
A: We implement growth and marketing strategies designed to increase airport activity and raise awareness of the airport's services and facilities. Apex leverages our flight tracking data to pursue key users, social media, monthly newsletters, and other key activities proven effective in the aviation sector.

Q: How do you handle airport mowing and snow removal?
A: Our team is equipped to manage airport mowing and snow removal, ensuring the airport remains operational and safe in all weather conditions. Locations are responsible for providing sufficient equipment.
